Evolution of Creative Learning

How might foster a culture of learning within organizations?

At Gensler, I have been part of a team awarded a research grant from the Gensler Research Institute to study the evolution of learning in the workplace. This ‘Creative Learning’ is visible as workers are beginning to creatively problem-solve, think holistically, adapt to changing contexts and collaborate cross-functionally.

Picking up new skills on-the-go, employees are beginning to adopt learning as part of their everyday work process. Digging deeper into learning behaviors and incentives, we defined the Learning Dimensions framework, helping codify the process.
